Excellent and efficient service from Computer Emporium! Our all-in-one desktops are in great working condition, and we are very happy with our purchase. We really appreciated the swift and professional service we received while we waited. We arrived, were assisted promptly, and left with our desktops.
Thank you, Computer Emporium, for the excellent service!

I've used these guys several times to get equipment for my small business and team and they keep going above and beyond, from ensuring I have what I need, to delivery to replacing anything that's needed within warranty. Super grateful!

You can't get any better service than this. The staff is very patient to understand your needs. The management is forever impressive when dealing with customers, either as a walk in or remotely. Very impressed with these guys.

Evasive. Condescending. Unhelpful. Arrogant. That describes every individual on the "service" team. Having sold a faulty device (wordplay on certified refurbished) , it was made terribly unpleasant to process the return. Hostile. Ugly.

Sent them an email that has received no response to this day. The whatsapp number person communicated at first but then went awol. Clear lack of communication. A major red flag if you ask me.

I bought a refurbished iMac 21.5" desktop online and it arrived within 2 days in a huge box, very carefully wrapped in bubble-wrap! I plugged it in and it started right up and looks fantastic! Thank you so much to Godfrey and Computer Emporium for the amazing service! Very reasonable prices and amazing service!

My company has made several purchases over the last year or so from Computer Emporium. Service has always been great, and prices are always good. All the equipment that I purchased were refurbished to really high standards.

Received excellent service from Thabang. Only got there at 5pm closing time and he helped me until 7pm ensuring all my apps were loaded, that the computer was in good working condition and that all my questions were adequately answered. He is a true gem to the company and I am very fussy when it comes to customer service so this is definitely true.
Would improve the response time in returning calls and answering watsapp. Can sometimes hardly hear one of the guys who answers.
However, overall, excellent service and true dedication. Happy with the computer as well and all advice given.

The service is just amazing in that shop. I was treated like a Queen. I was given free WiFi whilst there were still working on our products. I got a new laptop as an appreciation for choosing them all the way from Eswatini

I was skeptical at first, as the prices of the products on the site were super cheap but Godfrey and the team were just amazing and professional. I bought a monitor on their website but on arriving at their warehouse, I had no choice but to indulge in the many products. I ended up going home with more than I planned.

I had never heard of Computer Emporium before 😣. I needed to find 6 monitors for a client in a hurry and on a very low budget. I was really battling to find what was needed and yet stay within budget.
Godfrey from Computer Emporium was recommended and I gave him a call. I am so glad I did 😁. I two ticks my problems were resolved and I was able to supply my client WAY below budget.
There was a glitch as my client requested the connectors. Obviously they did not work. I made one call to Godfrey at Computer Emporium and the correct connectors were on a courier to me at Their expense. This really impressed me as it was not their fault at all.
I wish there was a word to describe their pricing and service. Extra-ordinary does not describe it well enough. Beyond supernatural may be closer. The best dealer I have ever come across in over 30 years of dealing in computers and peripherals.
If you want straight honest business from a computer supplier then forget about the big names. Computer Emporium is the place to try first.
NOTE: I am in no way affiliated with Godfrey or Computer Emporium in any way. I just believe that good product is only worth the quality of the service and support. I am blown away by what I received and it deserves my positive review. Thank you Godfrey and team.
