I’m disappointed with my experience purchasing from Computer Emporium. The warranty is affected because the retailer could not provide a valid tax invoice. First not providing an invoice and then suppling a document with incorrect detail, and as a result the manufacturer refused to process the warranty period.
I contacted the retailer multiple times, but they were unwilling to supply an accurate invoice as required by Dell.
A valid invoice is a basic expectation when buying online, especially for items that rely on manufacturer warranties. Until this issue is resolved, I would advise potential customers to be cautious — particularly if warranty support is important for the product you’re buying.

Sells "refurbished" equipment that doesn't work. Then they don't respond on WhatsApp. Horrible service. I regret doing business with them.

I bought a refurbished iMac 21.5" desktop online and it arrived within 2 days in a huge box, very carefully wrapped in bubble-wrap! I plugged it in and it started right up and looks fantastic! Thank you so much to Godfrey and Computer Emporium for the amazing service! Very reasonable prices and amazing service!

Received excellent service from Thabang. Only got there at 5pm closing time and he helped me until 7pm ensuring all my apps were loaded, that the computer was in good working condition and that all my questions were adequately answered. He is a true gem to the company and I am very fussy when it comes to customer service so this is definitely true.
Would improve the response time in returning calls and answering watsapp. Can sometimes hardly hear one of the guys who answers.
However, overall, excellent service and true dedication. Happy with the computer as well and all advice given.

I was skeptical at first, as the prices of the products on the site were super cheap but Godfrey and the team were just amazing and professional. I bought a monitor on their website but on arriving at their warehouse, I had no choice but to indulge in the many products. I ended up going home with more than I planned.

I had never heard of Computer Emporium before 😣. I needed to find 6 monitors for a client in a hurry and on a very low budget. I was really battling to find what was needed and yet stay within budget.
Godfrey from Computer Emporium was recommended and I gave him a call. I am so glad I did 😁. I two ticks my problems were resolved and I was able to supply my client WAY below budget.
There was a glitch as my client requested the connectors. Obviously they did not work. I made one call to Godfrey at Computer Emporium and the correct connectors were on a courier to me at Their expense. This really impressed me as it was not their fault at all.
I wish there was a word to describe their pricing and service. Extra-ordinary does not describe it well enough. Beyond supernatural may be closer. The best dealer I have ever come across in over 30 years of dealing in computers and peripherals.
If you want straight honest business from a computer supplier then forget about the big names. Computer Emporium is the place to try first.
