You also grant us the right to use the name and social media handle that you use when you share content with us in connection with that content. When you share content with us, you will disclose any affiliation you have and you will not share anything that contains harmful computer code, references other websites, or is false, misleading, illegal, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racist, biased, threatening, or harassing.

Dispute Resolution by Binding Individual Arbitration
ANY DISPUTE INVOLVING YOU AND Computer Emporium OR ANY OF ITS AGENTS SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE NOTED BELOW.
“Dispute” shall be interpreted broadly and include any claim or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to your relationship with Computer Emporium and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and designees, whether based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory. This includes (1) Computer Emporium; (2)Walk-in Consultations; (3) use of Computer Emporium; (4) any service terms and conditions; and/or (5) any products or services offered, sold, or distributed by Computer Emporium including, but not limited to, the advertising of or the sales practices for such products and services. The dispute shall also include all disputes that arose before your enrolment in having a Computer Emporium shopping account and after the cancellation or termination of your Computer Emporium account, including any claims that are the subject of a purported class action litigation.
BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO MAINTAIN OTHER AVAILABLE RESOLUTION PROCESSES, SUCH AS A COURT ACTION OR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING, TO SETTLE DISPUTES. THE RULES IN ARBITRATION ARE DIFFERENT. THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY, LESS DISCOVERY, AND LIMITED APPELLATE REVIEW. ARBITRATORS CAN AWARD THE SAME DAMAGES AND RELIEF THAT A COURT CAN AWARD.
YOU AND Computer Emporium AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THIS MEANS THAT YOU MAY NOT PURPORT TO ACT ON BEHALF OF A CLASS OR ANY OTHER PERSON. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim. The arbitrator may not award relief for or against anyone who is not a party to the arbitration proceeding. Further, unless both you and Computer Emporium agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If a court determines that public injunctive relief may not be waived and all appeals from that decision have been exhausted, then the parties agree that any claim for public injunctive relief shall stay pending arbitration of the remaining claims. If this specific paragraph is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this dispute resolution provision (except for the jury trial waiver) shall be null and void.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OF THE FOREGOING, ANY DISPUTE THAT FALLS WITHIN THE JURISDICTIONAL SCOPE AND AMOUNT OF AN APPROPRIATE SMALL CLAIMS COURT SHALL BE BROUGHT TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. IN ADDITION, EITHER PARTY MAY ELECT TO BRING AN ACTION IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO SEEK TO ENJOIN INFRINGEMENT OR OTHER MISUSE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
Additional Policies
If for any reason a claim may proceed in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial, unless such waiver is unenforceable. This means that any claim would be decided by a judge, not a jury.

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of Computer Emporium at any time. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of Computer Emporium at any time without prior notice.
Use of Computer Emporium
You may use Computer Emporium for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use Computer Emporium if you are under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may use Computer Emporium only with the involvement of a parent or guardian’s or a parent or guardian’s discretion.
Layby Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility for Layby
Layby is available for selected products. Please refer to the product description or inquire with our team to confirm layby eligibility.
- Minimum Deposit
A minimum deposit of 10% of the product price is required to initiate a layby. This deposit is non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined below.
- Layby Duration
Customers have a maximum period of [3 months] from the layby start date to complete the full payment. Extensions are not granted except in special cases at our discretion.
- Payment Installments
Payments can be made in installments or as a lump sum, with the frequency and amount set at the customer’s discretion, provided the full amount is paid within the layby duration.
- Failure to Complete Payment
If the full amount is not paid within the layby period, the layby will be canceled. Any amounts paid, excluding the deposit, will be refunded, and the product will be returned to stock.
- Product Collection
The product can only be collected or delivered once full payment has been received.
- Cancellations and Refunds
If the layby is canceled by the customer before the end of the layby period, the deposit will be forfeited. Other payments made may be refunded at our discretion.
- Non-Transferable
Layby agreements are non-transferable and apply only to the original customer.
